A pragmatic and innovative executive with extensive leadership experience in organizational development, sales, marketing, operations and human resources, Jay has a demonstrable track record of achievement over his highly accomplished 23-year career in the printing, converting and contract manufacturing industries. Recognized as a technology and subject matter expert with a depth and breadth experiences that are truly unique, his specific areas of experience include: P&L responsibility, Capex/Opex project leadership, M&A activities, Lean/Six Sigma, TOC, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, cGMP, ITAR, FDA.

Currently the COO at Ingenious Packaging Group, he’s leveraged his expertise to deliver a systematic approach to ongoing organizational improvement. In this role, he has full P&L responsibility working with the holistic organization and reporting to the CEO & President.

In his previous role; Jay was the Chief Operating Officer leading an advanced contract manufacturing company. For over thirteen years, he held key positions and was progressively promoted. With a strategic and methodical approach, he worked to effectively turn around a failing company and reposition it for its current and future success.

A visionary and an agent of change, Jay is skilled at unpacking complex scenarios, developing strategies, and implementing plans to improve organizational structures, systems, human capital and processes. His style is collaborative, open, honest and straightforward. And, throughout his career, he has proven to be a capable, steady and consistent leader in both successful and challenging times.

Jay is a strong believer in investing in employees and building successful teams. He is cognizant that an engaged workforce improves productivity and customer satisfaction. Moreover, he is concerned with enriching the lives of others, building great organizations, and in turn – contributing to great communities.

Considering himself a “lifelong learner,” Jay holds a Master’s in Strategic Leadership from Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester, NY and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Medaille College in Buffalo, NY.

Outside of work Jay’s interests include sports (he has entered and finished 25 full marathons), home improvement and spending time with his dogs and family. He currently resides in the city of Buffalo.
